Returns/Exchange Policy

Our products are printed on demand when you order them. For this reason, returns and exchanges are limited to eligible items.

We only accept returns and exchanges on apparel items if they don’t fit correctly.

ALL OTHER SALES ARE FINAL. This means home decor, accessories, mobile accessories, and CD’s cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you’re not satisfied with the fit of your apparel items, we will help you process a return for a full refund or exchange for another size. Exchanges are limited to one exchange per item.

We highly encourage you to check size charts on all apparel items before ordering. If you need a new size, a new product has to be made. For this reason, we strongly suggest you refer to the Size Chart of any item before ordering and exchanging apparel.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on apparel items if you want another color. We only accept returns or exchanges on apparel items that do not fit.

Apparel items that do not fit must be returned unworn and unused with no visible wear and tear in order for refunds to be processed. Please contact as soon as possible to initiate a return or exchange of apparel items. Products must be returned unworn and unused with no visible wear and tear within 15 days of delivery in order for refunds or exchanges to be processed.

 

 

Received Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Item?

Please email us right away if you received a misprinted, damaged, or defective item. Be sure to include photos of the unsatisfactory product and the packing slip in your email so that we can better assist you. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
