You may have seen on social media that I’m going to the Basque Country in October for the 7th World Congress of Basque Groups Abroad.
I’ve been trying to balance Hella Basque and my everyday life this month with a little more difficulty than usual. Some new opportunities came my way at work, so I’ve been spending more time on non-Hella Basque projects.
I had hopes of scheduling a whole bunch of blog posts and videos ahead of my trip, so that you guys would have a fresh stream of content while I’m documenting my time in the Basque Country. But life didn’t work out that way this month, and I haven’t had the time.
So I’m going to take this time in the Basque Country as a little hiatus from publishing new content. A time to stock up on more photo and videos for Hella Basque, and to enjoy the chance to meet some followers of Hella Basque in person.
I’m hoping to come back from this trip with tons of new content to share with you guys that will make this little lull in publication worth it.
So in the next few weeks, I’ll be re-posting some of the most popular posts from Hella Basque this past year. It will give you a chance to re-visit the classics or see them for the first time if you missed them the first time around.
I do plan on posting regularly on social media during this time, so please follow Hella Basque on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter to follow my travels through the Basque Country as I go. I hope you enjoy the updates there until I get a chance to get back to creating more long-form content for you guys.
